Then when we checked out they conveniently forgot about their promise to comp us a night and charged us the full rate and becuase a manager was not on dury when we checked out (10am) they said they would email us the ammendment to our bill (3 days later, we are still waiting). ![]() They did promise to comp us a night but what they didn't seem to realize money was not the important factor the experience was. We were finally put in a King room on the last night of our stay, after speaking with 6 different staff and 3 managers (communication amongst front office staff was severely lacking). 2 days later we were still in a 2 double room and had to spend our anniversary debating whether to squeeze into a double or sleep in seperate beds (very romantic). To start we booked a King room and when we checked in they put us in a room with 2 doubles (promising to get us in our room the next day). The beach was spectacular and room was a clean standard hotel room with a great view, so it had the makings of an amazing trip but the service was just terrible. ![]() My wife and I stayed at the Radisson for our 6th wedding anniversary this August and were incredibly disappointed.
